Our shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please note that for custom orders we generally recommend picking up your order at the shop to avoid a large shipping cost. Pickup is also possible for small orders such as Hamilton Emerald Knights PTA merchandise.
If you ordered a pre-made item from our online store, you may return the new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
If you would like to exchange a pre-made item from our online store for a different size or color, please contact us and we will facilitate.
Returns on custom products are generally not possible; please call the shop with any questions.
